  • We will customize your exercise routine in order for it to fit your lifestyle and schedule. For best results, you should commit to at least 3 sessions per week for 30-45 minutes.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your purchase and have not yet had your first appointment, you will receive a full refund. If you have already had your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund. Plans for programs that have been developed and delivered are non-refundable.

  • The Weight Well Program and the Lean & Strong Program follow an exclusive methodology that includes personalized meal plans and exercise routines. These two areas work in tandem to provide you with real and long-lasting results. 

    If you already follow a workout routine, we will adjust your program to fit your preferred activity. If you are a trainer, an experienced athlete, or is already being supported by a personal trainer and would like to discuss alternative options, email us at info@drbotezelli.com.

  • Couples and direct family members get a 15% discount on full program rates when purchasing the program together. Family members joining up to 30 days after their sponsor has started their program will get a 10% discount.

  • YES! You can access your personalized plan anywhere and anytime from our exclusive app. Once you purchase your plan, you will receive an online form to fill out and we’ll set up a phone or video call so we can understand your needs and answer questions. In up to 5 business days you will be granted access to the app and receive your customized meal and exercise plan. You will use the app to follow your routine and report on your progress.

  • Dr. Botezelli's services are available in English and Portuguese.

Weight Well

  • Each program is designed for 12 weeks of nutrition and exercise guidance. After this term, clients have the option to renew or continue with the knowledge they gained on their own.

  • There is no single formula that is applicable to everyone. In general, it is natural to lose 1 to 4 lb (0.5-2 kg) per week and preserve your muscle mass by following my weight loss strategies. For instance, if you want to lose 20 lb (8 kg) it may take you from 5 to 20 weeks. Keep in mind that this is an average projection. The amount of time a person needs to lose weight will depend on several factors: gender, age, dieting history, health, fitness strategy, body composition, and so forth.

  • The amount of weight you will lose will depend on your goal, strategy, and adherence to the program. Most importantly, however, is for you to lose fat, not weight. The methodology is focused on just that: losing fat while keeping or building muscle mass.

  • Yes. For those looking to build muscle, get leaner, gain weight, or improve athletic performance, we offer the Lean & Strong Program.

  • Fitness programs that involve weight loss and a significant change in the usual nutritional and exercise routine of an individual are not recommended for pregnant women. If you are pregnant, we invite you to sign up for our waitlist. You can start your program 3 months after you have delivered your baby.

  • Yes! Our team offers support to answer all your questions via email and WhatsApp during business hours (PST). Additionally, Dr. Botezelli analyzes all body measurements, photos, and exercise videos weekly for progress and to execute adjustments when needed. We are here to set you up for success.

  • Dr. Botezelli’s methodology for nutrition is based on high-protein intake from different sources. If you are ovo-lacto vegetarian, you will be able to follow the program easily and achieve incredible results.

You can achieve results faster by strictly adhering to our nutrition and exercise guidelines. Typically, clients who diligently follow our program begin to see results within the first month. These results can manifest as increased strength, improved conditioning, visible muscle growth, and reduced fat levels.

  • Yes. For those looking to shed fat and lose weight, we offer the Weight Well Program.
